New Product Innovation

Insight-led Decisions via Design Thinking Leadership

Need/Ask: Break the "analysis paralysis" in a stakeholder team charged with creating a next-gen risk assessment product

  • Re‑energized a stalled product discovery effort by reframing the team around a clear insight: users were doing large amounts of off‑platform research, revealing a gap we were uniquely positioned to solve.
  • Led the Design Thinking push end‑to‑end, running 20+ working sessions, validating ideas with dozens of sponsor clients, and guiding the team through personas, journeys, and early workflows that finally moved the project forward.
  • Drove the product to near‑launch readiness by piloting early code with focused client groups.

The resulting product launched in 2023, has expanded to accommodate different aspects of the user workflows, and is now the segment's flagship research product offering.
